Status Errors
Data Source Error States
An error free data collection is indicated through a status message of Scan completed successfully for x entities in y {time}. Messages like the following indicate an error condition:
scan failed after y {time}: Verify you have the correct credentials configured for the data source.No collectors found for configured site: Verify you have the correct collectors selected for the configured site.
Detailed error messages are provided through mouse hover over the status message.
Examples
Auth Token issue:
Authentication Token error Verify that credentials are correct.
Site configuration issue:
The site name or IP address used are configured wrong Verify the site name or IP address in use is correct.
